I have a dolphin running perfectly on my desktop. It works very well on my new Asus G73sw-A1 (new revision)

i7 (2.8ghz), 8GB ddr3/1333 9-9-9-24, GeForce GTX 460M

It runs great (60 frames with 2x into 1080p) but it will occasionally stutter. Sometimes it's while loading (when the screen is black) and sometimes it is while playing (wii super mario bosses + freezes can suck.)

Any ideas? I've played with settings for days now with no solution.
Settings?

It happens even when I turn everything down graphically. I am currently using 3x->1080p, progressive scan, 2xAA, 16xAF, no V-sync, disable fog, OpenMP. runs in 50+ fps while I play the games.

I had OpenCL on but it crashes dolphin when I exit the game.

One game or every games?

All games, seemingly randomly. It stutters the same was as when mario kart starts a stage, which I have read is unavoidable. However, in mario wii, it can happen in the middle of a boss fight when there is nothing being loaded as I can tell. Weirdness. I don't own a lot of games, but it happens in all 3 I have.

Are you using OpenGL?
as ryancollins asked it you could tell us which settings you use...

I have used OpenGL trying to play mario kart wii without race-start-stutter, but it didn't help.

I am currently using OpenGL 11. I have used 9 extensively as well. I've not found any difference in the random stutters except that my primary system doesn't have them.
There is no OPEN GL 11, that's DirectX ^^
Stutter with DX11 is normal, use DX9...
Yes, I was in a hurry to get out the door. I still get the stutter on DX9 with 2x->1080p, 2xSSAA, 8xAF
