Re-read the first post. The OP (Jonatan) is wondering about how the DX11 backend performs slower than the DX9 one - the answer would depend on how well/bad the backends are coded.

The OP did not say that the DX11 backend failed to run or anything like that... And besides, even though my graphics card only supports DirectX 10.0, I still am able to make the DX11 backend run (as Squall and Anti-Ultimate meant), only with no anti-aliasing (=greyed option) and maybe some other limited functionality...

DX11 AA requires the D3D10.1 Multisampled depth buffer support, which the GTX 200 series exposes via NVAPI (Farcry 2 calls this NV D3D10+), Dolphin doesn't implement NVAPI workarounds though.
