Those three things are (in the context he was speaking of) completely unrelated, so the question is dumb to begin with anyway...
LLE doesn't entirely ensure cycle accuracy.
I understand that you didn't exactly get the response you would have liked here, but I'm not sure why you would go to the PJ64 forum for a Dolphin question. Either way, if you're happy with the explaination you got there, then good for you.

It was not a Dolphin question just a general one (hence the reason I put it in "Off Topic").
