I know that old Intel GPUs sucks with Dolphin, but I'm getting stable 60 FPS (even with DSP LLE) with the game that I'm trying to dump from (Super Paper Mario).
I am amazed that you can get that speed WITHOUT LLE.
Well, this is the ONLY game that I get stable 60 FPS on my system, and this doesn't make sense because I got a synced audio and video dump from Super Smash Bros Brawl (even with this game running at 20-40 FPS on my system). This can be a problem only with Super Paper Mario? Should I open an issue on Google Code?
I've noted too that dumping audio with DSP LLE and 48000 Hz sample rate on Super Paper Mario render a WAV file that play audio two or three times slower than the audio on game...

try single core... slow but could work...
Thanks LordVador, worked for me! I get a sync'd audio and video dump by using DSP LLE and Single Core Mode...
