I tried running it but in the menus I get 60fps flat most of the time, BUT as soon as i get to the game i'm only getting 37-47 fps which is annoying lol...but is there maybe a setting i can use?

i'm using dolphin r7528

and these are my cpu specs..........intel core2duo E7200 2.53GHZ

RAM-3.00GB

ATI radeon HD 2400pro

I would use my gamecube but it broke Dodgy
2,53ghz is not enough for 60fps...

but post your settings and use dx9/11

really its not Undecided well i guess I'm officially screwed lol and overclocking it is out of the question because i'm on a dellDodgy
your card is weak too... and you didn't tell us your settings...
Hardware is way to weak and you got a broken GameCube, you're double screwed.
I don't think it would help much changing settings since going for to much performance settings can cause GFX glitches making games unplayable in the end.
But I would like to be proven wrong.

payed to much... never used the service... and now got wrecked

Buy a new motherboard , "Asus P5KPL-AM SE " is cheap (50$) and OC well (2.6->3.6Ghz on Intel Stock Fan)
Your graphic card is very weak, cpu below average but with an overclock can have decent performance in dolphin.

I'd go with saving up for a new PC, it's totally worth it.
You know what they say, patience is a virtue and pays off in the end Smile
