Pls read the complete post, before telling me "google/reading is your friend, look at the starting guide", but the same person who is answering didn't take care to read the complete post, just like happened last time.

The problem is even having MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 SP1 x64, Ms .NET Framework 4 and the last DirectX (yeah the web-installer says I have the last), always the x64 Dolphin version gives me the 0x000007b error.

The old Dolphin x64 (RC) Version 2.0 works with no problem, also all my other x64 programs, even other MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 SP1 x64 based programs works perfect, the new versions of Dolphin x64 are the only that doesn't work in this system.

I was investigating why this could happen, it looks like this error happens when the project manifest isn't set correctly, so the program looks for the wrong dlls; I don't know about programing, and I didn't see the dolphin x64 code, so it's a blind shot. Also remember the programmers could have the dlls in exotic or fixed paths.

Thanks for you time.

P.D. Sorry for making a new thread about this, but I know people are lazy for reading, most of people only half-read the first post, and the other over read the rest, also most of the people thinks others are noobs, so without even reading carefully the case, they send you to the starting guides or other threads that doesn't have to be with the problem but has similar Subject, the last time was exactly this case (and they say reading is your friend...).

P.D.2. Sorry for being aggressive, but I have been in internet around almost 15 years, and the point above is almost perpetual.

P.D.3. My hardware is fine...

Quick work around: Put the x64 version of xinput1_3.dll in the Dolphin x64 folder.

Did you install the 32-bit one as well? You need both for them don't you? (someone tell me if I am wrong[againTongue])
Yes, I have the x86 version and works perfect, also like I said before, the old Dolphin X64 rc 2.0 works perfect too, also other Visual C++ 2010 x64 based programs like for example ImageMagick x64 runs perfect.

I have no idea what is happening, I know some people is having the same issue, but like them I have no explanation about this.

Try installing MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 SP1 32-bit.
I have it already installed, in fact both of them; x86 and x64 of "Ms Visual C++ SP1", but in the past I have also tried downgrading to the previous versions (without sp1) and uninstalling them all and only installing the x64 version, with no luck.
Yeah I've read the whole post and yet I'm telling you use the search function. I've seen a situation equal to your4s in the past two/three months.

If I remember right, the final conclusion was that the person had a bad shitly configured pc with tons of registry errors. This is not a Dolphin issue. I repeat: THIS PROBLEM IS NOT A SOFTWARE ISSUE.
Dear Runo, so how do you explain that other programs like ImageMagick x64 that needs the same V C++ 2010 x64 dependency works perfect, every other program I have, being x86 or x64 works with no problems, even the Old Dolphin Rc 2.0 X64, also I gives periodical maintenance at my computer because I am a computer technician, my computer isn't shitty configured, also I am a power user so I have a lot of software, games and other emulators, all of them works perfect, the only program that doesn't work in my comp is the new comps of Dolphin x64.

Even PassMark BurnInTest 6.0 works flawless in this machine at full load in all test (and that's something), but you could be right, my computer could be registry poisoned, even the reg-utilities says it´s fine, but reinstalling a OS and all my software, for only one program that doesn't run; but it´s previous versions do, isn't in my near future. So I suppose I will continue hanging in the x86 version.

Thanks for you time.

do you have the MSVC 2008 runtimes installed as well?

Technically you only need the 64 bit ones. Obviously, it would be kinda pointless if the 64 bit dlls would just redirect their calls to the 32 bit dlls Tongue (and even then, the runtime installer would have the 32 bit dlls included anyway).
Third time Tongue
Squall Leonhart, yes I have them installed, I have some program that needs them.

By the way guys, could you tell me, what are exactly the changes Ms Visual C++ sp1 x86 and x64 do in the registry to checking them manually, maybe the installer isn't registering them properly, or how to register them manually, if it didn't work I can revert the changes.
