Yeah yeah LLE is king, 'nuff said!

So LLE is better than HLE but LLE is slower and i need to hack my Wii to get it?

I don't want to hack my wii so no LLE for me...
is there anyway to download it off the internet? is it illegal to download it?

if so where do i get the HLE?

It's strictly illegal to download those files.
Dumping them from either your GameCube or Wii is perfectly alright.
It's not a big deal hacking the Wii and it's almost a must if you want to dump your games easily too.
If one want's to be legal there is no shortcuts to these things.

HLE is already in the emulator and no need for files.

for everything illegal there are platforms on the net

Hmm I'm not sure about that every country thing since I'm not a expert in law and laws for every country, since there is around 195 countries.

But in general downloading these kind of things is illegal.
If there is a country that allows this then that's just wrong in my opinion.
