i have used Dolphin before, but i dont know what HLE is. can any one explain to me what it is or give a link. and how do i get it?

hle is the standard sound plugin... its fast and delivers good sound in most of the cases
lle is another sound plugin... its slow and delivers the best sound in "every?" case
lle needs a dumped bios without the proper equipment or search skills no way to get it run (look at the thread about lle)
HLE (High Level Emulation) a software platform is created on which the emulated code can be run in a host computer having different hardware and a different instruction set.
LLE (Low Level Emulation) By contrast, the traditional way of emulating is termed Low-level emulation, or LLE which is used to develop new computer hardware and execute legacy binary code.
Well I would say that you ought to base a laptop computer decision on dolphin, I am going to go against the grain & say option five. Sure you may gain a frame for with the higher clocks, but then again in the event that they ever get it on thread working well, you might be better off any ways. Then for much everything else besides dolphin you be better off.
