just remove the second ati and see if it runs
if not just replug and we know its not the crossfire driver

It was 25% on the build you gave me. I'm going to test out the changes you told me to use on the build I was using before. I'll edit this post with the results.
You could also try lowering the anisotropic to x1 and lowering the full screen resolution to 1280x720.
I was talking about when you said it was running 25%.

You can disable it in CCC.

I know, but I can't find it in any version off CCC I download. The option to disable it, I mean.
