I need help to configure wiimote.
settings not available also need edit config files.
OS: Ubuntu 10.04

Do you have a real Wii mote or trying to emulate one?
A real one shouldn't need any configuration.

I find it strange that there are no settings present, regardless I think you will find the config files under ./User/Config

emulate, mouse and keyboard.
No such or similar files in ./user folder
what the contents should be?

I think I know why, since you haven't opened the settings because they're unavailable there haven't been anything created under the Config folder.
If you press the Wii mote button in the GUI the settings should come up and create a config file in that folder.

Hmm maybe the folder structure in the Linux version differ from the Windows versions.
Anyhow the screenshot was in Russian and gave very little to go on.
Could you just only start Dolphin and then take a screenshot and maybe switch to English?

You should probably mention how you even installed Dolphin, before we can help you...

this is repository default language, and change lang is not available, all tabs into settings does not have nothing. this screenshot is a sample. main window Dolphin displayed normally

add repository, change it in Synaptic, install.
