Basically my Naruto Clash of the Ninja Revolution 3 gets pretty screwed up when I face the sun, for example if I am getting 45-60fps during normal game play and my character turns to the sun my fps drop to around 20fps, but in really it feels like my character is moving in slow motion, so I would say it drops to 10-15fps. Anyways here is a screenshot to help you guys understand my problem better.

btw I am using version R7522, but I honestly don't think that matters because this is my second time actually trying to get the game working properly.I tried the dolphin emulator about a year ago, and since I couldn't get my problem fixed I decided to wait for a solution, but it seems that the problem sill exists. Here are my specs just in case:

i5 450m (2.4-2.66Ghz)
4GB DDR3
HD Radeon 5730
