When I play games that would probably go over 60 FPS, like Fire Emblem : Path of Radiance, it just stays on 60 FPS, and I turned off Audio throttle. I'm also using 7425, could that be the problem..?
maybe you have limit frameskip enabled? 60 FPS is the max FPS for most games
Well, what settings should I have? Disable Audio throttle and Framelimit OFF is all I need, right?

Yes.
Exactly, I have those settings, but it still stops at 60 FPS. What does "Use FPS For Limiting" do?

Well if frame limiter is off it should do nothing but uncheck it just to be safe.

No.
Ah, so that was the problem. I never knew you needed to turen V-Sync off to have 60+ FPS.
