Okay i was liking the speed at first but now this is not fun anymore as i cant play the games because they are running at abnormal speeds, I'm not sure if its my CPU or GPU, but I tried to slow the GPU by turning everything up to the max in the video plugin settings but its not working... "Epic Mickey should normally be running at 25 or 30 fps since I have the Pal version, but on my computer with the default settings it runs at 60-73 fps thats like double the frames lol, and with the video plugin max out its roughly around 43-48 fps... here i have some screenshots of my settings and CPU o'c settings :

So what do anyone suggest? I really don't want to change my over clocking settings, but if thats the only way ill do it. Thankyou.

is audio throotle activated?
disable vbeam
or post gameproperties settinf


(and i hope you are watching your cpu temps via realtemp etc...)

LMFAO!!!! okay, okay. erm, but really i don't play Counter Strike no more (yep i pretty bad) I uninstall the game like 3 weeks ago, hint thats why the icons are missing its references...

Yeah my temps are looking okay i'm using a Thermaltake Frio Overclocking-Ready for the heatsinker, but Thank you for the telling me about real temps i didn't know about that program, and i will start keeping a eye out on those temps.

On another note, isn't it a complete waste of a powerful GPU to run the game with an EFB scale set to fractional?

are you trying to throw more gasoline to the fire sort of speak? I mean regardless of the fact your helping or not, my problem have already been resolved, so this is pretty much pointless considering it don't have nothing to do with why the games were running too fast. but then again i will not be disregardful, so thanks for the tip i'll take that into consideration.

gamebooster is snake oil.

it does not free up resources that are in use
it does not improve game responses, infact it might increase input latency as several host functions that hook the keyboard and visuals are also degraded in priority.

the people who make it have entirely disregarded MSDN technotes and advertised functions of the app that are simply not possible for how it works.

so yeh, gamebooster is for retards, much like how those Network IC's with high speed processors embedded improve ping (not!)

all right i understand now since you just about clear things up a bit. it might be a matter of opinion or not but i still disagree that it's for idiots, the fact that many people have been tricked into thinking that it was for gaming, but was unaware that it has bad articfacts . maybe are they just naive since it really it's not no real physical damage being done to your computer etc.. virus, spyware or malware. by it being sponsor from majorgeeks.com and i get all my utilities from there superantispyware, ccleaner, etc... so i though it was a good choice not that it was safe or what not.
