Yes!!!!The video and gameplay of Tatsunoko vs Capcom runs more fast!!
The mario Galaxy runs in same speed.

I just compared the 5 games I have side by side to 3286 and overall it does run them a few FPS faster but the stages in DBZ Budokai 2 are screwed and SSBM is actually faster by about 4-7 FPS in 3286 than in this version
(This is with side by side comparisons with my personal settings)

Same settings this version runs more fast.Trial the tatsunoko vs capcoom,the video runs 50% more fast.

I guess I should have listed my test games...
DBZ Budokai 2 (Same performance but background stages were screwed)
Mario Party 7 (a few FPS Faster)
Paper Mario (same performance)
Zelda:Wind Waker (forgot to test)
SSBM (A few FPS Slower)

sorry deleted my post by accident i think , o well here's the link to the optimized configured 3283 svn , as i said before some how my max frequency of my cpu was running the emulator like it suppose to , as a result my main menu screen in ssbb shot up to 200fps , and 70fps , and noticed a big speed up other games
only con is no sound

******i redownloaded the same svn and tryed to config it the exact same way , and it just didnt work as fast , the settings are already configured , just download my directory*****
