I was just about to give you the same advice as kraid gave you
and also to post your question here in the XGRA-Game-Thread.
On this way you can see if you made a config mistake and
probably get anwsers from people who play it,
because I don´t have the game.
I know there are some games which only work with x32,
but when kraid says everything works just fine under
x64... / Kraid do you use x64 build or x32 build under win7 ?
I tried both versions of Dolphin x32 & x64 under Seven x64. I'll give it a try soon (can't find the iso right now
)..
Hiya.
I just tried again tonight (in france it's midnight) with both Dolphin 2.0 RC 1 x32 & x64 but the result is absolutly the same : after the "Licensed by Nintendo" fades out, the FPS goes to 0 and the game stop.
- I tried with no settings at all (default) : the same.
- I tried with DX9, OpenGL and even Software renderer : the same.
- I updated my nVidia drivers to 197.13 : bis repetita

EDIT :
- If I deactivate autoframe skip or V-Sync, the FPS goes to +10000
).
- Sometimes, it stabilize at 60 Fps but nothing occurs.
- I also tried to deactivate my antivirus (Kasperksy IS 2010) but off course it was useless.
- The UAC on my Seven is deactivated.
Any other games run perfect (Super Mario Sunshine, Twilight Princess -Wii-, RE The Umbrella Chronicles -thanks for that big topic on the RE Series !-).
I think that the opening FMV is the real problem (no problems on XP, it start the second after "Licensed by Nintendo" fades out. I'll try to uninstall the K-Lite Codecs...

I could buy the game and play it on my real Wii, but the game haven't been released in France (like Baten Kaitos II: Origins and recently eXcite Bots
).

Seems like this game is working now, just tried it and it runs pretty much perfectly on the latest 3_589 rev of dolphin.
