personal info is no big deal. you can filter shit and request everything from a certain place x to be filtered out
and credit cards can be cancelled/replaced.

This hacker is very clever, so I would not underestimate him. Here's a memo (dated around February) from the hacker regarding the vulnerabilities:

In a way, the hacker is a hero. He has the balls to expose Sony as a fraudulent corporation.
i'm hoping Sony gets hit with one hell of a fine for not abiding by the Data Protection Act.
by law they HAVE to encrypt sensitive user information (well, in the UK that is, dunno about other countries)
