I've been gone for sometime, noticed a lot of people got banned. Why so banned?

Because they're pirates : stupid peoples that are downloading and downloading and downloading ...

so that means ONLY pirates are banned? I feel better 'cause that means I won't be banned for jokes and bullshits I've been telling...

well, you can also get banned for other reasons like insulting people en mass (and not being Squall)

anything not involving common sense really (excessive name calling, piracy etc etc)

i like to look up banned people's old posts and try to see where they went wrong, lol. the problem is, i think the posts that got them banned are often deleted neway.

why not collect'em and put'em in a thread called "hall of fame" or something more serious like "what mustn't be done"? not a good idea?

Shouldn't be mean that people are pirating. Just ignore them and let the admins take care of the mess.

Most of them are banned because they think this site endorses piracy --- perhaps misunderstanding that the development of emulators is a form of piracy (it isn't, as long as there is no copyright infringement). So they ignorantly talk about downloading ROMS and stuff in this forum. Their lack of common sense amuses me.

Most of them are spoiled dudes anyways, so they deserved the ban.
