first : Idon't have GTA IV
second : I don't even like any version of GTA collection
Pentium 4 @ 3.0GHz: Way to slow, period. Dolphin typically needs a cpu that's about 8 times as fast as that (a modern core 2 duo @ 3.0GHz)

9400GT: Also too slow. A 9500GT is the bare minimum for running most games at native resolution

Your need better hardware, end of story.

Because you're not running the game directly on the emulator, it must fake the entire video game's hardware on software and that's very CPU intensive.

hey, for the first, what i'm going to say have maybe not... well, i don't know, i just searched on spider-man: shattered dimensions and this came up, so...., well the problem is that i downloaded that game, but just started the game, without setting the efb copies to ram as for the grapchis, because it comes up an warning about entering the graphics configuration, but the game had big graphic issues, and when i decided to enter the graphics configuration, set it to ram, and enter the game again it was still issues and i can't not delete it too, at least not from the dolphin game menu, help!
Downloading games is against the forum rules. And don't necropost, seriously, this thread is old.
