Please, read my previous post, I updated it. I may sound ignorant now, yes? I may have gotten the game illegally without knowing (yes, how stupid). Does this mean I may never save the game I'm playing?

I understand. I read the NFO file and figured out it was a demo, hahaha. Is it still considered illegal?

Yup, I didn't intentionally pirate this really. Besides it's a demo. Further more, I won't illegally download any Wii games and such.
It's actually illegal to download the demo from somewhere else than Nintendo.
