I don't remember doing that on my old computer, but meh Tongue
You probably didn't mindlessly skip the "Hey, I could add git to your path - want me to do it?" page in the installer on your old computer Tongue

Meh, prolly XD
Anyway you could make a specific dolphin build for NMH2?
It's quite awkward that after upgrading to win-7 (And emptying my computer) once I had everything set up again the game was far from the same performance. Before I had quite solidly about 25-27 fps, now it's going between 18-25.

Just to show that I should have enough power to run dolphin games without problems, I will post my specs..

OS: Win 7 Ultimate
GPU: Radeon HD 4850
CPU: AMD Athlon II 640 x 4
RAM: 6 GB

With those specs I should be able to run games with no problems on dolphin.. But even with your last released build it just isn't working out.. And it's a fact that I ran with an older GPU (HD 5570) NMH 2 with a stable 25-27 FPS..

My soul jearning for some gorey violence goodness needs help.
Actually, your CPU lets you down a little. You should really upgrade it if you want Dolphin to run better.

edit by neobrain: Nice off-topic post. warnings++
The only Wii game I really like is NMH and NMH 2. And I ran those while I still had xp with 27 fps solidly. I formated my HD and installed win 7, now it's 22 fps.. I'd like to reach 27 fps again.
As this topic is about optimized dolphin builds, makes this somewhat relevant.
New builds up:
3.0-690: 32-bit
3.0-690: 64-bit

I now use adf.ly btw XD
Apparently my builds are mostly downloaded in Japan XD
