Ages of Rock is out and incredibly FUN !

I cant believe no one Said Arkham city. That was my big cant wait game. I was really pissed at the DLC and lock out fiasco. I had the collectors edition pre ordered and I canceled it because of that. I refuse to buy the game now until it comes to GOTY bargain prices. I hear its $28 at walmart on black friday but I may wait and get the PC version when it gets cheap enough

I'm waiting for Arkham City too, but this thread is old, that time it was barely announced, if that much

Now that all the games on our lists came out. In retrospect what did you guys think?

for me the following.

Fable 3. That series keeps going downhill, 3 was lousy
Outland. Average
Rock of ages. demo was fun but not enough to hold my attention
Duke nukem. average at BEST
Diablo 3. lame i prefer torchlight
Arkham city.....gameplay was great but they lost my purchase with the whole DLC fiasco. I refused to buy the game after all that. I rented it and when the GUTY edition goes on sale for $20-30 i MIGHT buy it then

So far for me 2012 has been a year of blunders and mediocre games not worth purchasing. I can't think of a single game I want that has come out so far this year and the few games that I did buy this year I regret buying. But of course that's just my opinion.

As of now I'm only buying one game this holiday season, Resident Evil 6. I should be able to handle that well on this laptop, I hope.

So far, 2012 has been/will be great for JRPG fans. My list of good games: Tales of the Abyss 3D, Tales of Graces, Tales of Xillia 2, Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, Paper Mario for the 3DS, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. That's more than enough to keep me busy all year long.

Half of those came out last year not this year.

I'm an American, I go by American releases, except for ToX2, since Bamco won't release it (or the first ToX game) outside of Japan.
