ok for some reason, sometimes when i close the program, it will show it opened and running on the start bar, but when i click on it, its suppose to pop up and run. but it wont.

i fixed the problem with a fresh install but the first time i exit the program and try to start it back up it, it will do the same thing.

anyone else run into this problem, any way to fix it ?

i tried a few releases of the program but its doing the same thing. i used the 64 bit version btw

use winkey + directional keys to pull the window back to the active display.

well for some reason, when i stop a game and then use the X to close out the program, it will have that effect, it will no longer pull up from the start bar and ill have to do a fresh install to get it working again

but when i use the FILE>EXIT command it will work like normal
