I bought this dongle since it was recommended

Problem is I got no driver CD or anything. When I first plug it into my system, it comes up as an "Unknown device"
No matter how many times i plug it in, windows just says unknown device or malfunctioned device. And doesnt know what it is.
I even tried several programs but when they say to plug in the bluetooth device i get nothing.
i was even gonna try to tell windows what it is through here

I even tried on a Windows 7 x32 system and got the same errors. Any help please? I just wanna play D:

Your Bluetooth dongle is broken, that just happened to me too

I figured as much. I have two systems in my house and the other is 32-bit and got the same issue.
This sucks =[ I got all my wii stuff and everything and got hyped thinking "I get to play on PC ZOMGFTMFW" but no. The chinese sellers or w/e sold me a poopie BT USB
maybe I should've just got the ASUS dongle for like $5 lol

yeah thats what I got too but the light still works
mine use to work but I did not use it for awile and decided to use it again but it did not work
it has an LED in it? I dont even get a damn LED light D:
Just found out that my Bluetooth adapter DOES work but only on my desktop not on my laptop

I got my replacement and it works. It actually came up as bluetooth V2.0 dongle lol.
my usb's are like the same as urs except they're solid plastic instead of transparent. I had to take apart the shell to see the LED inside.
