I Have A Little Problem
The Game Working Great With 60 FPS And 100% Speed But Thats When I Playing In Window (Not Fullscreen)
And Its Faster Than The Real Wii Speed!!! (I Love It This Way)
But When I Turn It Fullscreen By Alt+Enter It Becomes 20 FPS And Very Slow!!
What Is The Problem
Is There Is A Thing That I Can Do To Make It Fullspeed At Full Screen?????

Core2duo E7500 2.93 GHZ
2GB Ram
Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS
Windows 7 Ultimate

Your full screen and windowed resolution are probably not the same.

The Problem Have Been Solve.

If you have any more problems try adjusting the EFB Scale to 3x, 2x, or 1x and see if your performance improves.
Your fullscreen resolution is bigger than the windowed resolution wether you agree or not, the graphics card is rendering more pixels.
An Nvidia 8400GS is a terrible graphics card, it can just about handle the windows desktop. If you want more performance from the emulator consider upgrading your graphics card.
