Yes, uncheck EuRGB60 and audio throttle. Also change the framelimit from 60 to Auto. Holding down the tab key in game will temporary turn off the frame limiter.

The other thing that you could do, Most games don't need efb to ram, and those that do must of them you can at least use the cache that should also speed things up pretty substainailly
I remember NSMB Wii was slow as hell until I figured out that I had to uncheck the EuRGB60 check box.
That drove me insane for a long time since my specs were more then enough to play the game.
Possible bottleneck from graphics card?
