Guys who knows the code must do something to connect wii balance board to dolphin !!
Just donate a balance board to one of the developers. That should help.
Just donate a developer who is bored enough to code the support for this, I'd rather say.
there are more important things to code than this.

There is no option to play it in HD (or 3D)
Why else use you an emulator?
Why would you even care about HD or 3D in Wii Fit? -_-
