It works fine for me.
newest version of Dolphin, i tried all kinds of setting in dx9 and dx11, only difference i can make is there being the top right corner of the screen is black instead of blue with the rest of the sky.
Try 3.0. And uncheck "Ignore Formate Changes".

Umm ... he said to try 3.0
i never knew there was a regular 3.0, I just seen all the builds. Installed 3.0 000 and it's running good.

If the build are to better help the app, why did it not run on the latest nearly as good as the original 3.0?

Because they are test builds. Eventually they may become a release but for now they will be buggy.
