No It couldn't. You could buy a graphics card and it would be better I would recommenced a used gtx 460 dirt cheap and are a big bang for the buck would get dolphin playable... There is no possible way you can run dolphin on that integrated crap, but sorry there is just no way and even if you do get it to magically work looking at 1-2 fps...

my elsa erazor was faster Big Grin

just go and buy some graphiccard for 60-80bucks your system will fly
