Well, just when I understand the settings menu; I find the properties menu for individual games. The checkboxes can be blank, crossed, or filled in. But I can't really seem to figure out how they work... care to enlighten me?

Checked-option is turned on
Filled in-option is whatever the global is set to
Blank-option is turned off
