ok by the way I got a question when I use Open GL on my stuff it crashes as I wanna turn it off any explanation?

define "stuff" that you are using
what are your specs?
what revision are you using?
have you updated your DirectX / VisualStudio / .Net / Graphics Drivers?
does this have anything to do with Dolphin?
r7280 with quite good config but the dolphin crashes only as I want it off strange???
if there is no problem during gameplay then its fine
no problem when working but it sucks as stopping
don't think so 'cause no prob when stopping with dx

update your drivers, your problem will be fixed.
