i deleted nod 32 antivirus
and i installed bit defender antivirus
now dolphin emulator do not work

i changed my windows
but yet do not work

Have you installed lastest Directx and Visual C++ 2010 yet ?

you need to install Games for Windows to install XINPUT1_3.dll
that dll is needed for the 360 gamepad

no you don't, that file is part of the directx runtime and while it may install with games for windows (which it did not in my experience) it is available seperately in the dx full installer or via the dx web installer.
