wtf is wrong with you, try downloading without any download manager
I did it,the first attempt was with the FDM but the second was with the normal IE downloader and still didn't worked, so isn't a trouble with the FDMs.
well you are doing SOMETHING wrong cause as i was saying, it works for me fine on several occasions on a day. using firefox btw. only on release monday it can get crowded and not working
Err..I think that's the problem,I downloaded on the same say it was relased(25/05/09,18:27:34) and, as I said before,the error that the FDM gave me was common from busy servers or broken links,probably I tried to download it at the same time that a lot of other people

I have the same problem. The download always stops at 512kb using all of the browers i have (IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome). Hey, why don't you upload every release to mediafire? The download doesn't stop in the middle and you get a decent speed.
It was always really hard to download from your servers by the way.

I can download and extract the 64-bit Dolphin but when I open the .exe, it says "Dolphin.exe is not a proper win-32 program."

Because your OS is 32 bit probably and only support 32-bit version of Dolphin.
