use Dolphin 2.0 (because its an official release)

Yes emulated Wiimote is working 100% and you're using game pads to emulate a Wiimote and it's buttons.
Game pads can be bought and not downloaded unless you thinking of drivers then yes they can be downloaded.
There is a variety of stores and shops that sell game pads.
