What's the "DolphinNoGui binary" btw?
it is compiled under linux and mac osx. it runs without window popup. for instant: ./DolphinNoGui Harvest_Moon_Magical_Melody.GCM. all you have to do is to manually edit the configuration files and insert the correct parameters into it.

Have you looked into Windows Live Skydrive? You get 25GB of storage. There was some limitation on file size if i remember correctly its 50mb pr file but that shouldnt be a problem with these SVN compilations. You can make files avaialble to the public and private file storage is also available.
All you need is a Windows Live account.
