What's with the downgrading Ati Win7 Drivers?(a bit off topic ^^)

Win7 comes with the latest drivers for any graphics card, but it doesn't have the full OpenGL 2.1 implementation , that is why downgrading drivers is required to use dolphin on Win7 (unless there are more latest drivers for Win7 from the GPU's manufacturer )

not really
it comes with a basic ati/nvidia driver that can do basic stuff (no dx or gl)
its far from a complete driver :/
updating driver in the hardware list or downloading it will do anything tho

I see more video with this plugin, I will have to test it later though. Gotta do rec stuff

I've made a tutorial for this if u use windows 7 or vista (u can also do this on XP)
