If you're CPU is an Athlon XP, you are not going to be able to run Dolphin. Download a small utility called CPU-Z and post what it reports your CPU as.

We also need to know what graphics card you have:
Click Start ---> Run ---> Type dxdiag, then click ok and wait for the Window to come up. Then click on the Display tab and report what GPU your system has.
As you coul read on my first post,
Its a RADEON X850 Series with 256 MB Video Memory (/400mhz)
Some Details about my AMD:

PS: I like to write so i didnt took simply a Screenshot.
PS2: VBR = Visual Basic Runtimes
Yeah but you didn't mention what make your CPU was, only stated it was 1,500 Mhz or 1.5 Ghz. I'm not sure if that CPU would be adequate for Dolphin, if it supports the SSE2 instruction set it should run games albeit slowly.
If you can get any games to work, you can expect very poor performance with that CPU. I don't think the Radeon X850 supports OpenGL 2.0 or 2.1, so you will only be able to use the DX9 graphics plugin.

So plox Help :/
And my Graphikcard Supports OpenGl.
And like i siad befor, i dont rly plan playing games with it, just fooling a bit around and stuff.
Btw, why doesnt some coder appear here o.o?
I mean, i think its impossible that im the only one with a problem like this so :/
But ive got no "real" help so far :'/
you won't be able to use Dolphin with that PC

, your cpu doesn't support SSE2 and your vid card only supports up to OpenGL 2.0.
Post 12 says you have a AMD Sempron ,
Post 14 , It becomes an Athlon !
it 's one or the other !But like El Amigo Luis stated , no SSE2 ,so no Dolphin !
1st, im only a Human~
2nd, PLACE SOME INFOS ON THE PAGE
omg o,o
Make a note on the DL section that u need soem Specs.
Unless more ppl like me are appearing ...
Dolphin runs slowly anyways, here's an example. My qx6700 @ 3.7 ghz gets 18-28fps in Sonic Unleashed. Your athlon would die.
