Hello! This is my first post here, so forgive my ignorance.
I was wondering, are there any additional plug ins for Dolphin that makes it independent of anything on the computer?
I use my Dolphin as a portable console in my USB, but some computers don't have the full DirectX installed, and so Dolphin doesn't work.
So is it possible to build an independent Dolphin?
