A message appear "Can't load from other revision."

What can i do?

Thx

Don't use save states. Use native gc/wii saves.

Which Files i have to copy?
The Dolphin/User directory.
But not the complete directory, or?

If i copy this complete, then i become many Errors (Sound Plugin, Language etc.)

I need just the save's.
None of that stuff is in the user directory

can you tell where the Stuff is?
I told you, just copy the "User" directory. That is all you need.
user/wii/title
(game saves)
quicksaves with savestates cant be copied

The GC memory card files are stored in the \User\GC folder. Wii-related files are contained in \User\Wii, including the saved game files which are in \User\Wii\title.
By the way, savestates are stored in the \User\StateSaves folder. They actually can be transferred between different (fairly close!) revisions, but doing so is risky and will possibly cause other issues...
