Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

hey guys i am new to dolphin and was quite happy but when i start up it i get an error
error: "this application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
i already tried dolphin on my other computer but it says the same thing but it says it cant find VCOMP100.dll
can someone plz help me.....i tried it on 2 computers and it didn't work so i thought it is a minor issue

( btw i contacted the dolphin team but i thought i would ask wht happened on this forum as well....)

kk....but can u tell me how to fix this problem this tells me nothing.....this is getting started .....i cant even get it to open.....do i have to install so thing....plz be more vivd in ur answers plz....

It tells you to update your DX Runtime, if Dolphin isn't opening...

the sticky is old..
you need the runtime 2010 64bit

i downloaded the runtime 2010....and it still says the error....wait i did this on my windows xp 32-bit and it says XINPUT1_3.dll was not found if tht helps.....plz reply
