Yeah for me there isnt a diffrents,
But was more wondering about lower specs systems.
Well i guess with the size thing you would asume so..
But i got a wii game thats only 100+mb compressed.
And ngc games that are 1.2gb compressed.
It is no good either playing with low spec computer, since you won't be able to play it well too.
Generally, Wii isos would be 4.5GB, so when compressed it will be about 1GB. But for Wii games that only have 100++ MB after compressed... I think they might be homebrew games (not commercial games) or WAD type.
As for GC games that were more than 1GB, they were quite rare, I think (maybe you confused it with Wii game), since GC games having this size must be a great game or need a lot of spaces for the database.
Can I know which game it is?

well the compressor says that it will "scrub" the iso when it's going to compress it

Well, the best I can get is about 1GB for Wii games, as for 100MB++ (< 200MB, right?) is quite ridiculous, it is too much to scrub away about 90% of the files (might break the game and slow down reading).
And the compressor isn't working for all isos too, I hadn't tried it to other games yet after it failed me once (can't compress the file, dunno why)
Wii Play = 112.8MB
As for the gamecube games compressed
[PAL] Burnout 2 - Point Of Impact = 1.0GB
Call of Duty 2: Big Red One = 1.0GB
Freedom Fighters = 1.2GB
James Bond 007 in...Agent Under Fire = 1.1GB
Need for Speed·Most Wanted = 1.1GB
Prince of Persia = 1.2GB
PSO EPISODE I&II Plus = 1.1GB
SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG = 1.1GB
Super Mario Sunshine = 1.3GB
SUPER SMASH BROS. Melee = 1.2GB
And got a few more.
Hmmm... that means there is almost no need to compress them, since it only get smaller by less than 300MB (well, compared to the risk of failed compress and the slow down that might happen)
Well, that means you might only know which one is GC or Wii through playing it on Dolphin (No wiimote warning means GC game).
My laptop isn't good enough too handle anymore slowdown...
Thanks for the info.

or by having them named!! sheesh
How can I forgot about such a thing.... So silly of me...
Is that what you want me to write? lol
Of course good naming is the way to get out from that problem, but I think some people (not me, though) like to make it as short as possible (and tend to forget), even the game's name are shortened, like SSBM.iso
What I write before is one way to find out which one is Wii or GC games if by accident he/she forgot to name them properly.
Yeah i also have really really bad naming :p,
But i was hoping i could somehow ident them within dolphin,
Perhaps by there gameid,
But so far i noticed i havent had any problems compressing them though..
If the game didnt work from the start well then its expected it wont work after compressing it :p.
Hmm? Dolphin doesn't detect .gcz when you use the Browse? Well, some of Wii games need to played first to get their banner, but you can click View and choose to uncheck show Wii or show GC to know which consoles they belonged.
That means the game isn't compatible yet with Dolphin, need to build their relationship first. lol
