タイトルそのまま。
割り振った項目しかMAXにならないが、MAXにした後、左ボタンでキャンセルすると能力が増えたまま割り振りポイントが回収できるので、
能力1項目UP分のポイントしかなくても、
「どこかに割り振ってMAX→左でポイント回収→回収したポイントを違う項目に割り振る」
で、最低限のポイントで全ての能力をMAXに出来る。

it dose only when charater lv up and most of stats get fucked to 0 ...

オプションパーツ全て買える(セーブ反映) = can buy all OP Parts (save and then reset) <-- i remember the same thing back in wars where IF you dont reset and code was still on when you try to buy OP Part the game crashes.. not sure if WORLD will crash like so..

anyway how do you guys convert codes.. the C2xxxxxx xxxxxxxx doesnt work on [dolphin].. yet
