I tried searching for this but, I wasnt able to find results (sorry)

I use a Nvidia 460GTX GPU, and I checked with Precision, and the GPU is barely being used (5%, extremely rarely spikes to 9% before falling back to 5%)

I am getting fairly low FPS on the game I am trying to play, and this has to be the reason, but I dont know why its doing this

I tried DX9, DX11, OpenGL, Tried turning on and off nearly every option in them as well

I also checked my card, with every other game on my computer, it pushed anywhere from 70-90% usage, and gave me excellent graphics and high, stable FPS

Can anyone help? Huh

Oh Im tried using builds 7128? and 7184? with 64bit
I have a athlon II quad core, 6gb of ram, SSD HD...
Dolphin needs most of CPU-power.The GFX of NGC/Wii are not too hard for the most GPU's.Dolphin can use only 2 Cores from your CPU.If you can't get full FPS and the taskmanager shows that Dolphin is using 50% of youzr CPU-power,than you should think about overclocking...
Also your CPU is slow, no matter how high you clock it

cpu matters more than gpu in dolphin.

you'll probably get full speed with i5 2500k @ 4.0ghz and a gtx 260,
but only 75-85% with a core 2 duo @2.5ghz and a gtx 580.
