So...im using Winows 7 with a good machine

First Problem-
In past builds, there had been a GC pad plugin that had "Semi-Press" option, that by holding a specific key,a keyboard stroke is "weaker" than normal keyboard stroke
It really helps in games like Zelda,if you want to aim the bow or something like that

Sadly, the download link is broken...and I can't find it anywhere

Second Problem-
Im using MSN Live Messenger, and when you get a new message, the chat window "flashes"
The problem? when Dolphin is in fullscreen, the "flashing" window in the taskbar is making the fps drop dramticly(from 60 to 20 or so)
The "Modifier" button does what "Semi-Press" did.
Disable MSN Messenger Popups.
Oh...I see
But the modifier is hardly noticed,"Semi-Press" was better
Is there any way to make it "weaker"? (like you hardly touch the keyboard)
Maybe the "Dead Zone" and "Square Stick" options are just for that but it doesn't work...or I just don't know how to use them

As for the MSN,disabling popups does not help, because what's causing the slowdowns are the chat windows themselves(whey they flash)

Right click the "Modifier" button, adjust the "Range" slider.
