No problem, I mean I have an Phenom II X6 1100T rig and Dolphin works totally OK on that.
Your 1075 shouldn't be that different, of course you can always OC a little to get a small boost.

Go with an i3 system instead of a phenom II (unless you have an am2+/am3 board and you don't want to replace the board/memory). Dolphin will thank you for it.

I do and we have already go over this (I think)

I just ordered a AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2 GHz and a Sapphire Radeon 5850 Extreme, can't wait to get it but... will that run it at 1080p or 720p at least?
