I just bought a AMD 955 now I just need the OS (which someone is suppose to give to me )

CPU is here and installed , but I think I may have a problem there appears to be some dust on the thermal paste is that going to be a problem? A quick answer would be appreciated

How much dust?

Is the paste already applied? Or are you going to apply it?
Best would be to clean it.

It is pre-applied and there appear to be "2 specs" (also I don't have any more paste so >.>)
