you need a new cpu and video card and probably ram for that matter.

I dont think he need more RAM. I have 2GB and never falt the need to buy more, for Dolphin or anything else. I dont edit videos on my computer, tough Tongue

No. A video CARD is a type of expansion card that you put into one of pci-e slots. It contains a dedicated graphics processor and dedicated video ram on the board.
