I have a feeling that my gpu/cpu will be a bottleneck?

Yeap, most games will play just fine

cpu will be a bottleneck.

it probably wont be if its a true dual core, not just hyperthreaded.

and afaik a Pentium D is a DC

netburst is a failiure.
