Can you specify further what hardware you have (make and model of cpu and gpu?). Also what graphics plugin are you using and what are the settings? Can you post some screenshots please?

i dont know what MOBO is i guess its the mother board : Gigabyte G31M-S2C

Interesting, you have the same PC as me.
That CPU is 64bit, and I suggest using Windows 7, it's much faster and better.
Also, don't use version 2.0, it works well on very little games, new revisions are better if you're not getting good speed on 2.0.

To find out if your os is 64 bit, just go to my computer and right click in white space and select properties. In here it should tell you if your operating system is a 32-bit or a 64-bit operating system. Also, as bludger said, don't use 2.0, it's a bit old now and it's way behind the newest svn builds in compatability and speed. Download the latest svn builds from here - http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html. As for graphics plugins, most people get better speeds and better quality graphics with d3d9 rather than opengl, but for others (including me) it's the opposite. But just experiment between the two to see which is best. Set whichever plugin you use to these settings: enable cpu access, disable emulate format changes, enable copy efb to texture, disable safe texture cache (unless the game crashes without it or there are major graphical glitches) and in the advanced tab you'll want to disable fog. With your gpu, i wouldn't worry too much about anti-aliasing or anisotropic filtering as it probably won't be able to reach more than 4x without slowing down the game a lot, the maximum i would set it on would be 4x each.

With his video card 4xSSAA will murder his framerate on most games unless efb scaled copy is left off. As for AF, he can use 16x without any impact on performance. AF hasn't had any significant impact on performance with almost any video card since 2003. AA on the other hand requires an insanely powerful GPU to be used in combination with a high internal resolution without a framerate hit.

I'm sorry, but all your post is bullcrap.

1.) There's absolutely no situation where 32bit OS will be faster than 64.
2.) I have the same GPU and mine's even OC'ed, but it dowsn't really matter, 9500 is not a good GPU and doesn't handle most games. You can't even run Doom 3 on Very High.
3.) You're wrong in almost every statement in your post.
4.) Please don't post posts like this again, when you have no idea what you're talking about.

The problem is purely software and hardware.

We start from the hard and simple truth, that the 64bit is much better than the 32bit.

XP 32bit vs 64bit Windows 7 = Windows 7 Total Ownage.
Other considerations.
Buy other 2GB of RAM, so that you can install Windows 7 64 bit.
If you do not believe what I am saying, use google and look for benchmarks between 32bit and 64bit OS, then we'll talk about it.
Look for the benchmark tests, for example compression / decompression Rar, Cinebench,DVD conversion etc.
This dolphin because, in its structure, is very similar to the programs mentioned above. Therefore = 32bit, little calculations, 64bit, multiple calculations (very superficial but clear explanation)
If you come across any benchmarks between 32bit and 64bit games will notice differences of 0.2 - 0.7 fps

Returning to the topic.
To make the most games in dolphin, you'll need to change your video card, and overclock the processor at least 300MHz, so you get to 2.8Ghz.
Buy other 2GB of RAM if you want to go to 64bit ...
Going from XP 32bit to 64bit Windows 7, you should notice an improvement of about 4-5 fps ... maybe more

If you follow all of the above suggestions, you could get 10 to 18fps in more than now ... Obviously the situation varies from game to game, and Resident Evil 0 is one of the titles are more difficult to emulate ...

To configure dolphin I recommend:
- Turn off Antialiasing
- Disable NativeMipmaps
- Safe Fast Cache
- EFB Copy to Texture

The rest you can leave it default.

You can still use 2GB of RAM with 64bits OS , the thing is , the 32bits OS can only USE 3gb and 64bits OS can USE MORE than 3gb , that s it .

You know that Dolphin works much better than 32bit in 64bit environment?

Windows XP consumes almost 1 / 3 of RAM using Windows 7 64bit ...

If you mount a 64bit OS (very helpful to dolphin) with 2GB of RAM, you'll get lower performance compared to a 32bit OS with 2GB ...

I ve tryed windows 7 32bit vs 64bit on my rig... Now, with 64bit, Re 0 and Re Archives Rebirth, run at full speed.
