No I mean shader throughput, sorry I should have been more specific. Throughput = bandwidth or processing power depending on what you're talking about.

Sure? With 3xEFB Scale and 9xSSAA the internal resolution is also "insane".
Still not going to use more than 512MB no matter what you do. Dolphin is surprisingly light on vdram usage, and let's not forget GC/Wii games have some really tiny textures compared to modern pc games.
