gcz! Why wasting space Big Grin!
Using gcz, haven't heard (or encountered) any problems. Although space is not that expansive, all my hdds are getting full quite fast :/
Looking at New super mario bros, for instance, you can save a lot! It's 366mb compared to 4.4gb!
That's what I think/mean... don't forget the voting ... interesting battle between full ISO and gcz ... whereby the main question of gcz VS. cISO seems to be clear ... really only one "cISOler"? Rolleyes
ciso support in dolphin is pretty young and Dolphin doesn't support creating ciso files, only gcz ones.. so no wonder why gcz is more popular Tongue
Having a TB of HD space has made me really lazy, so full ISOs for now. I'll start compressing them if I need to later.
Anyone know of a gcz tool for doing a batch job?

I think JPeterson posted one a while back, you could try searching for it.
EDIT: Here it is, I'm not totally sure this is what you want though: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20238
